- Transaction means the order/request placed by the User with the Merchant by paying the Transaction Amount.
- Transaction Amount means the amount paid by the User.
- User/Users means any person availing services or products from the Platform.
- Website refers to www.webappmate.com or any related mobile application or platform managed by us.
3. Merchant’s Rights
You agree that Duralife India may collect, store, and share the information you provide to deliver the services or products on the Platform and to communicate with you regarding the same.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information for completing any Transaction. This includes personal data such as name, email, contact number, age, and valid payment details.
5. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload, post, or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, user accounts, or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform, servers, or networks.
- Use automated tools or bots to access, extract, or misuse content from the Platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
In case of defective products/services or those not matching the description, your sole remedy shall be to request a refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English.
